Each Product, except for accessories, is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 1 year from the date Buyer receives the Product. Each accessory, product repair and service is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 60 days from the date Buyer receives same. This warranty does not apply to fuses or disposable batteries.

Warranty support is available if Product is purchased through an authorized Outpatient Supply Distributor. This warranty extends only to the Distributor or its end-user customer. Distributors shall extend this warranty on new and unused Products to its end-user customers only. No person or entity shall have the authority to extend a greater or different warranty on behalf of Outpatient Supply.

The warranty does apply to any Product or accessory which, in Outpatient Supply’s opinion, has been misused, altered, neglected or damaged by accident or abnormal conditions of operation or handling.

Should any defect arise from the material or workmanship during the warranty period, the Buyer shall have the right to claim and return the defected Product to the Seller for repair or replacement. However, Buyer is responsible for shipping transportation to the Seller plus any local taxes and customs fees.

Return Policy:

Outpatient Supply’s warranty obligation is limited, at Outpatient Supply option, to replacement of a defective product which is returned to an Outpatient Supply authorized service center within the warranty period.

  1. For any material to be serviced or returned to Outpatient Supply Medical, the following procedures must be followed:
  2. Obtain return authorization: Contact the Technical Support Department at JW@infiniummedical.com and obtain a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
  3. The RMA number must appear on the outside of shipping container. Return shipments will not be accepted if the RMA number is not clearly visible.
  4. Please provide the model, serial number, and a description of the reason for return.

Outpatient Supply assumes no risk for damage in transit.  Following warranty repair, the product will be returned to Buyer, transportation prepaid (CNF Destination).   If Outpatient Supply determines that the damage was caused by misuse, alteration, neglect, accident or abnormal condition of operation or handling, Outpatient Supply will provide an estimate of repair costs and obtain authorization before commencing the work.  Following repair, the Product will be returned to the Buyer transportation prepaid and the Buyer will be billed for the repair and return transportation charges (EXW).

THIS WARRANTY IS THE BUYER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  OUTPATIENT SUPPLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER ARISING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY OR BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, RELIANCE OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

If any provision of this Warranty is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such holding will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
